Return/Refund Lost/Stolen Policy

- We do not offer returns or refund on items. Please read info below

-Custom designs or made to order items are final sale and non-refundable

- In certain situations, I can offer a store credit if your item is returned with 2 weeks of purchase and unused and in the same condition it was shipped in.

-Items that are damaged or need repair beyond normal personal use the item upon receiving need to be mailed with 2 weeks of purchase to be repaired only. Items will be repaired and mailed back once completed.

-Lovleathers is not responsible for damages to leather items -including but not limited to: water damage, hair rubbing off hide, or damages from personal use of item. Leather is skin and can be damaged easily when not cared for. Rubbing, scratching or getting the item wet can all lead to damage which Lovleathers is not responsible for. 

If the item has another issue please message me directly and I will inspect the item on case by case basis.

-If damage to the hide is from rubbing against your clothing -try to refrain from constant abrasive rubbing, the hair will fall out if constantly exposed to harsh rubbing on clothing. This can be avoided if careful.

-Refunds are not available for lost or stolen items. Items marked as delivered are not available for replacement or refund. We are NOT responsible for items lost/stolen by shipping services, claims will need to be made by you directly the the shipping service.  

-Shipping is not refundable for returns
